We founded The Team Together to share our years of facilitation expertise with leaders and teams looking for whole-hearted, versatile partners who can help shape and deliver experiences that blend personal reflection, team alignment, and business impact.

  • We pull from a vast library of facilitation moves and activities to craft both fresh and relevant sessions. We pivot quickly to serve what emerges in the room and can adjust agendas to reflect what’s needed most. We’re not a one-trick pony, using just Agile, Design Thinking, Liberating Structures, or Design Sprints — why stick to one method when you can have many? We customize our approach to meet teams where they’re at, resulting in more impactful outcomes.

  • Many leaders want their teams to grow and connect, but that can feel impossible with competing deadlines and audacious goals. Our work thrives within these constraints, as we join teams in the flow of work to build momentum out of early wins, while creating space for sustainable change.

  • On any important project or initiative, we help teams surface their own wisdom and solve problems collaboratively. We create the “containers” they need to have productive conversations with candor in a way that doesn’t overstep bounds, create vulnerability hangovers, or get teams lost down a rabbit-hole. We believe that teams have what they need. They are experts in their work — we are the experts at the process of getting that work done together.

  • Team building happens when teams actually work together. Many organizations are structured in a way where individuals do the majority of their work alone. Team connection is crucial, but we’re not about tacking on a Zoom happy hour or virtual escape room at the end of a very long work day. Our sessions get teams connecting about their work so they can go home and enjoy the important parts of their lives outside of their jobs.
